February 16, 2012 – Wellington, FL – One of the most entertaining charity events of the season returns to the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida, during the sixth week of competition. The seventh annual JustWorld International Horseless Horse Show will take place at approximately 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, in the DeNemethy Arena.
Featuring ‘courses’ set by FEI course designer and JustWorld Technical Ambassador Anthony D’Ambrosio, children of all ages will enjoy competing on foot over the mini-jumps. As always, the Puissance high jump competition will be featured, along with the Whole Foods Market Children’s Jumpers, the Horseware Ireland Grand Prix, Short Stirrup Jumpers, and the popular Triple Crown Team Relay Race. Entries are $15 per class, and ribbons and prizes will be awarded.
Last year, a total of 129 entries participated in the Horseless Horse Show, raising $7,475 for JustWorld International’s project sites in Brazil, Cambodia, Guatemala, and Honduras.
